Shortbread’s popularity dates back to the 16th century and its refinement is credited to Mary, Queen of Scots. Shortbread was once considered an expensive luxury for special occasions and weddings.
Crafted in the USA, this natural stoneware pan lends a beautiful, old-fashioned touch to open shelves when not in use. It creates stunning triangular wedges, which were known as "petticoat tails", embossed with a Thistle or square cookie design with our Hearts and Flowers version.
